ANTESEDEN DAN KONSEKUEN PEMBERDAYAAN PSIKOLOGIS PADA KARYAWAN START-UP DIGITAL INDONESIA KEPEMIMPINAN PEMBERDAYAAN DAN KREATIFITAS

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan pengaruh antara kepemimpinan pemberdayaan pada kreatifitas sebagai anteseden dan konsekuen dari pemberdayaan psikologis. Penelitian ini berperan dalam mengisi kesenjangan kajian empiris dengan menjelaskan secara dinamis hubungan antara kepemimpinan pemberdayaan, kreatifitas, serta pemberdayaan psikologis. Karyawan pada Start-up Digital didominasi oleh generasi milenial yang merupakan generasi yang dikategorikan dengan generasi yang kreatif dan akrab dengan internet, kajian ini fokus pada diskusi terkait dengan pengaruh kepemimpinan pemberdayaan dan kreatifitas sebagai anteseden dan konsekuen dari pemberdayaan psikologis dengan kajian khusus terkait pemberdayaan. Studi akan menggunakan survei dengan obyek pada generasi milenial yang bekerja dibidang Start-up digital yang ada di Indonesia. Alat analisis akan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk mengistimasi model penelitian
