Abstract


SMKS Bina Latih Karya Bandarlampung (BLK) has teachers and staff who must serve and teach students every day. This customer service training is needed to support every activity of agencies and individuals in accessing information. This customer service training provides knowledge related to concepts and services. This training aims to have a significant positive impact on the ability of service in schools. School staff are better able to respond more effectively to student needs, address issues better, and interact with students and parents in a more friendly and professional manner.
